Created by Ekachai Uekrongtham, Doctor Climax is a Thai comedy-drama series. Set in the ’70s, the plot revolves around Nat, a shy dermatologist with the dreams of becoming an acclaimed writer. When the struggling newspaper The Bangkok Express decides to start a column on sex, they hire Nat to write it under the eponymous pseudonym. Season 1 premiered on June 13, 2024. Is there a Doctor Climax Season 2 release date?
There is no Doctor Climax Season 2 release date as the series has likely ended after season 1.
As of June 2024, Netflix has not renewed Doctor Climax for Season 2. Given how the inaugural season ends, it’s unlikely to happen. Doctor Climax succeeds in telling the story it sets to do within eight episodes, leaving little narrative scope for future exploration. Nat (spoilers warning) succeeds in saving popular writer Thong Tien and exposes a politician named Pornchai and his police officer lackey, Tao. Although the series ends, the audience is assured that Nat’s The Climax Question column will continue.
Doctor Climax stars Chantavit Dhanasevi as Nat, Arachaporn Pokinpakorn as Linda, and Chermawee Suwanpanuchoke as Tukta. The cast of the series also includes Tonhon Tantivejakul as Permphon and Chaiwat Thongsaeng as Thongthian.
