Venom 3: Will Spider-Man or Peter Parker Appear in The Last Dance?

The recently released trailer of Venom 3 has left its viewers in awe after supposedly teasing the appearance of Spider-Man. Titled The Last Dance, the much-awaited final installment in the Venom franchise has sparked speculation due to a potential Easter egg hinting at the arrival of Peter Parker within Sony’s Spider-Man Universe. This development, if confirmed, would mark a significant moment for the franchise’s continuity.

Here are all the available details surrounding Spider-Man’s teased appearance in Venom 3.

Is Tom Holland’s Spider-Man in Venom 3: The Last Dance?

Tom Holland is not confirmed to appear in the upcoming Venom movie.

Tom Hardy‘s Venom first becomes aware of Tom Holland’s Spider-Man in the post-credits scene of Venom: Let There Be Carnage. Venom appeared again in Spider-Man: No Way Home, where Hardy’s Eddie Brock was seen conversing with a bartender. Brock is soon transported back to his universe but ends up leaving a chunk of Venom’s symbiote behind.

This seemed to imply that the symbiote might find its way to Holland’s Spider-Man. However, this angle seems to have been discarded by a scene showcased in the trailer for The Last Dance. Chiwetel Ejiofor’s character is seen trapping the very symbiote piece that Brock inadvertently left behind during his multidimensional travels.

Did young Peter Parker appear in the Venom 3 trailer?

Peter Parker has not been confirmed to appear in Venom 3.

Another aspect of the trailer that raised many eyebrows was a scene with a family on a train. This has led fans to wonder if the featured family contains Aunt May and a young Peter Parker. However, there has been no confirmation of this from Sony.

Nevertheless, the coincidental inclusion of Rhys Ifans in an undisclosed role has again opened a floodgate for fan stories. Ifans portrayed the Lizard in Andrew Garfield‘s The Amazing Spider-Man films before reprising his role in Spider-Man: No Way Home. Consequently, many believe Venom 3 could take place in the Garfield-Spider-Man universe by introducing the web swinger as a child.
