In his post on X, Donald Glover announced the release of the album, saying, āThis album is the finished version of ā3.15.20ā, the album i put out 4 years ago. Thereās a special vinyl coming soon w/ visuals for each song.ā The cover art for the album features the title ATAVISTA placed in the center on a plain white background. There are 11 tracks on the album, one less than the previous 12 tracks seen before.
The album features several popular artists, including Ariana Grande, 21 Savage, and Summer Walker. In his announcement, Glover also mentioned that his new album will be out this summer. Additionally, the post on X includes the link to the music video of Little Foot, Big Foot, a track from Atavista featuring Young Nudy.
