Sweet Tooth’s cast includes Nonso Anozie as Tommy Jepperd, Christian Convery as Gus, Adeel Akhtar as Dr. Aditya Singh, Stefania LaVie Owen as Rebecca ‘Becky’ Walker/Bear, Dania Ramirez as Aimee Eden, Aliza Vellani as Rani Singh, Amy Seimetz as Birdie, Naledi Murray as Wendy. James Brolin serves as the series narrator. Additionally, Cara Gee, Ayazhan Dalabayeva, and Kelly Marie Tran will join the third season cast as Siana, Nuka, and Rosie. Jim Mickle is the series creator.
