Plot – what’s the story about?
The story of Furiosa is about the title character, who after being snatched by Warlord Dementus and his biker gang from The Green Place of Many Mothers in her youth attempts to escape by surviving many trials and plotting a course back home through the wasteland.
While Furiosa is attempting to plot her escape and find the means to do so, she ends up getting caught in the middle of a war between Warlord Dementus and Immortan Joe, for ultimate dominance over the Citadel, which Joe is presiding over. Viewers can expect to see flashbacks chronicling Furiosa’s birth and her early childhood with the people of The Green Place of Many Mothers.
