Has the Serpent Society been cut from Captain America: Brave New World?
The Serpent Society has rumoredly been cut from Captain America: Brave New World.
According to a report from a semi-reliable industry insider and scooper Daniel Richtman (Daniel RPK) via Patreon, the Serpent Society has been reportedly removed from Captain America: Brave New World. Not only that, the final battle in the film has also been reportedly changed from what was originally intended.
However, fans must take this scoop about the Serpent Society from RPK with a grain of salt and wait for official confirmation from Marvel Studios and Kevin Feige to find out.
This rumored information from Daniel RPK was, however, corroborated earlier by another industry insider and leaker CanWeGetSomeToast had also reported on the same on January 29, 2024, via her exclusive channel for subscribers.
the rumor report also claims that the Serpent Society’s scenes in Captain America: Brave New World were the first major action sequences of the film featuring Sam Wilson’s Captain America, Joaquin Torres’ Falcon, and Isaiah Bradley. However, CanWeGetSomeToast also claimed that Rosa Salazar’s Diamondback would now survive the events of the film.
Captain America: Brave New World is currently scheduled for release on February 14, 2025, as part of the MCU’s Phase Five. The film will be directed by Julius Onah and star Anthony Mackie, Danny Ramirez, Carl Lumbly, Tim Blake Nelson, Harrison Ford, Liv Tyler, and Shira Haas.
