Paris Jackson Tattoos at Grammys: Did She Remove Them?

Paris Jackson‘s tattoo-free appearance at the Grammys 2024 has people shocked and they are wondering whether she removed them completely. Here is all there is to know.

Did Paris Jackson remove her tattoos for the Grammys?

Paris Jackson did not remove her tattoos for the Grammys, she simply had them concealed.

The 25-year-old singer and model worked with COVER FX, a New York-based vegan and cruelty-free skincare line to conceal her 80 tattoos. She did the concealment to get a clean look for the Grammys. Jackson chose COVER FX as she is also a vegan and she shared the process on her Instagram profile, shot as a time-lapse video.

Tyson Fountaine and Paul Blanch worked on Paris Jackson’s body and face. They had the tattoos concealed with COVER FX products which included Gripping Primer, Power Play Liquid Foundation, Total Cover Cream Foundation, and Pressed Mineral Foundation.

Paris Jackson revealed in an Entertainment Tonight interview her reasoning for removing the tattoos, while also stating that the process took a few hours to complete:

“Well, I like switching things up,” she said. “I love my tattoos, I love my piercings, I love all the body modification stuff, art, and also sometimes I don’t want it to distract from the art that is the fashion I’m wearing. And it gives the dress its own moment, you know?”

Paris Jackson’s decision to remove her tattoos only helped her unique look at the Grammys which consisted of a black cut-out Celine gown which was paired with simple gold jewelry.

This is not the first time Paris Jackson concealed her tattoos as she previously did it for a 2018 Los Angeles photoshoot (via People Magazine).

In entertainment elsewhere, Sarah Paulson has offered an update on Ratched Season 2. Also, Netflix’s One Piece’s Vinsmoke Sanji actor Taz Skylar has offered a production update on the second season.
