Yuji fails to attack Sukuna, and Sukuna notices that Yuji’s stomach is fully healed. Kirara and Ui Ui retrieve Higuruma’s body and the chapter confirms that Ui Ui’s Cursed Technique is related to teleportation. Gojo’s body also disappeared thanks to Ui UI’s technique.
Sukuna thinks they’re sending them to Shoko, but he also says that the Reverse Curse Technique is less efficient when someone does it on someone else. Yuji managed to learn Reverse Curse Technique within a month.
Sukuna believes he’s going to enjoy fighting with Yuji since it appears that his skills are improving. But Sukuna is also feeling irritated, and Yuji is confused after seeing Sukuna spacing out. He wonders if Higuruma dying actually affected him, but he assures himself that playing with lives is his way of killing time until death.
He thinks about ideals because seeing people with strong ideals is something that happened even 1000 years ago. Sukuna realizes Yuji is causing these feelings because even if he keeps breaking Yuji, Yuji is going to get up and come back.
