No, Oliver and Felix do not kiss in Saltburn. Oliver was deeply infatuated and obsessed with Felix. But they were never involved with each other romantically.
Right from the beginning, the film showcases Oliver being in love with Felix. He lied to get closer to Felix and earn his sympathy and trust. But he also hated that Felix was privileged, and would never love him back the way he did.
When Felix finds out about Oliver’s lies, the latter decides to confess his love for Felix, right before killing him. The two were very close to each other when Oliver told Felix about his feelings, but they didn’t kiss.
