Since Steven Yeun has reportedly left the Thunderbolts project, Sentry is likely to be recast in the film.
Robert Reynolds aka Sentry will play a crucial role in the narrative of Thunderbolts, serving as its main villain. So, with Steven Yeun dropping out of the project, it’s likely that Marvel will find a new actor to portray the character instead of leaving him behind.
After all, Sentry is extremely powerful in the comics and would prove to be a worthy opponent for the Thunderbolts. Furthermore, there have already been rumors of Steven Yeun trying his Sentry suit. So, the film is likely too far along in its development for the character to be dropped.

Henry Cavill, Alexander Skarsgård, Alan Ritchson, and Ryan Gosling are popular choices to join Thunderbolts as Sentry. But if Steven Yeun will be replaced by an Asian actor, then Henry Golding, Lee Byung-hun, or Daniel Dae Kim could be potential candidates.

But it’s worth noting that since Steven Yeun was first pick to play Sentry, an Asian actor could be Marvel’s first choice for the role. While no other Asian actor has been associated with Sentry at the time of publishing, Henry Golding, Lee Byung-hun, and Daniel Dae Kim are established names who could come in to replace the Invincible voice actor.
