Shangri-La Frontier is an adaptation of the Japanese web novel series of the same name written by Katarina. The manga version is illustrated by Ryosuke Fuji. Set in the near future, the plot follows Rakuro Hizutome, an expert in playing poorly made games. When he decides to give the massively popular eponymous VR game a try, the skills he accumulated from playing the terrible games give him a significant advantage.
