The full title of the anime is Our Dating Story: The Experienced You and The Inexperienced Me. Produced by Studio ENGI. It is an adaptation of the namesake Japanese light novel series written by Makiko Nagaoka and illustrated by Magako. The plot follows Ryūto Kashima, the gloomy, reclusive high schooler, and Runa Shirakawa, the quintessential popular girl. As a punishment for losing a bet, Ryūto confesses to Runa that he likes her. However, much to his surprise, she agrees to go out on a date with him. As the series progresses, they learn how different they are from each other, embrace those differences, and form a bond.
