Pseudo-Geto uses Suguru Geto’s Cursed Spirit Manipulation Cursed Technique to seal Mahito and then absorb him.

This happens after Mahito is nearly killed in his battle with Yuji Itadori and Aoi Todo. As Mahito tries to run away from them, Pseudo-Geto shows up, and he asks Mahito if he wants to save him. Mahito tries attacking Pseudo-Geto from the back. Although, Mahito says he has always known what Pseudo-Geto was planning to do with him. After this, Pseudo-Geto seals and absorbs the curse.

What episode does Mahito die in Jujutsu Kaisen season 2?

The number of manga chapters that get adapted per episode varies from three to six chapters. In the manga, Mahito meets his end in chapter 133. An estimate of the episode in which Mahito dies will most likely be in Season 2 Episode 22 (Episode 46 overall).
