In November 2022, Gangs of London was renewed for Season 3. In October 2023, the production began with Project Wolf Hunting’s Kim Hong Sun serving as director and executive producer and Kin’s Peter McKenna as lead writer and executive producer. AMC also released an official synopsis for the upcoming season.
The production for Season 2 was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, beginning in late May 2021 and concluding in February 2022. The season premiered in October 2022. Given that no such delay is likely to happen with the third season, it can conservatively be speculated that Gangs of London Season 3 can come out in spring 2024 at the earliest.
