Who are Jeet and Abdullah in One Piece? The series has an endless list of characters and sometimes we just need a refresher on who some of them are. Jeet and Abdullah go way back from the Dressrosa arc. Here is a guide on Jeet and Abdullah.
Who are Jeet & Abdullah in One Piece?
Jeet and Abdullah were some of the many competitors who joined as gladiators to fight for the Mera Mera no Mi (Flame-Flame Fruit) at the Corrida Colosseum.
This was during the Dressrosa arc. Both their backgrounds include being a former bounty hunter and a criminal. Before fighting at the Corrida Colosseum, at some point in time, they bombed a government institution. In terms of power, they seem to have at least some significant amount of strength.
The two were not popular with the spectators because of their dirty strategy. One would distract an opponent while the other would hit them from the back. While the strategy worked for a while, they eventually met their demise at the hands of Bellamy. After their defeat, instead of getting medical treatment, they were thrown out in an underground dungeon. Later on, they became toys because of Sugar’s Devil Fruit ability.
The tables would eventually turn because Jeet and Abdullah would become allies with Luffy because of Usopp. Some of the former Corrida Colosseum fighters would create their own alliance to help out Luffy and his group. Jeet, Abdullah, and their group assisted in defeating Doflamingo and his crew by fighting Pica.
Following the events of Dressrosa, Jeet and Abdullah joined Ideo’s group. Ideo is the boxer who also competed at the Corrida Colosseum. They were initially known as the XXX Gym Martial Arts Alliance before changing their name to the Ideo Pirates. Ideo is their captain and their crew is the fourth ship of the Straw Hat Grand Fleet.
