Created by Aaron Guzikowski (The Red Road), with Ridley Scott (Blade Runner) directing the first two episodes and serving as an executive producer, Raised by Wolves is a science fiction drama series that premiered on HBO Max. The deeply philosophical and theological narrative of the show is set in the 22nd century. Earth has been ravaged by a devastating war between militant atheists and a religious order called the Mithraic. Wanting to give humanity a second chance, a scientist sends two androids, Mother and Father, to the planet Kepler-22b with 12 human embryos, but only six children are born. When the remnants of the two warring factions begin to turn up on the semi-colonized planet 12 years later, they find the androids living with just one boy, Campion.
The series premiered on September 3, 2020, and was received positively by both critics and science fiction fans. Episodes of season 2 began streaming on February 3, 2022. In case you are curious about when Raised by Wolves season 3 is coming out, you have come to the right place.

There is no Raised by Wolves season 3 release date as the TV series has been canceled by HBO Max.
In June 2022, Raised by Wolves was officially canceled after two seasons. HBO Max subsequently released the following statement:
“While we are not proceeding with a third season of Raised by Wolves, we are beyond grateful to the stellar cast and crew, our creators Aaron Guzikowski, Ridley Scott, David W. Zucker, and the entire team at Scott Free Productions, for their beautiful artistry and unique ability to immerse fans into the world of Kepler-22b.”
The cancellation came as a shock for many fans as well as members of the cast and crew. The ending of the season 2 finale indicated that the story was far from being finished, and Guzikowski said in a February 2022 interview with Collider that he wanted to make five seasons of the show.
