Deadpool 3 leaks and spoilers have been spreading like wildfire since production began. Thanks to the announcement from Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman, people already knew about Wolverine’s presence. Reynolds later teased the presence of Miss Minutes and the TVA in the film as well. However, more details have been revealed through unintentional leaks. Reported spoilers include certain plot points, cameos, the ending, and even the post-credits scene.
Deadpool 3 story spoilers
Industry insider KC Walsh recently tweeted that Deadpool 3 will act as a lead-up to the upcoming Avengers: Secret Wars event. In it, we’d see the TVA recruit heroes from different universes “to put them in the one universe (New Earth/Battleworld).”
This is reportedly how Wolverine gets chosen from one of the old Fox Universes and ends up uniting with an imprisoned Deadpool. Since the film is supposed to be connected to Deadpool 2, it’s a safe bet that Deadpool would have been imprisoned after he went out of control with Cable’s time travel device.
This appears to be how the two leads of the film unite. As revealed by set photos and videos, they’d be battling each other before starting their adventure together.
Deadpool 3’s leaked cameos
Many Deadpool 3 cameos are rumored and confirmed to appear in the film. Director Shawn Levy recently confirmed in an interview with EW that some of those cameo rumors are true while others aren’t.
Amongst the confirmed ones, we’ve got Miss Minutes, Mobius, Jennifer Garner’s Elektra, Colossus, Blind Al, and more. However, there are more that have been revealed by credible scoopers, which are likely to be true. Those include the OG X-Men cast involving Halle Berry, James Marsden, and Famke Jansen. Channing Tatum’s Gambit recently popped into the list. And Ben Affleck is also likely to have shot a cameo to appear as Daredevil alongside Elektra.
Others rumored to cameo are Dafne Keene’s X-23, Ghost Rider, and multiple Wolverine variants, including one played by Daniel Radcliffe. With that said, nothing has been officially confirmed, so the cameo rumors have to be taken with a grain of salt.
The Ending & Post-Credits of Deadpool 3
Spider-Man is anticipated to appear at the end of Deadpool 3. Specifically, Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man has been teased to appear.
On September 10, Alex Perez from The Cosmic Circus posted a GIF of The Avengers’ post-credits scene as a response to insider DanielRPK’s tweet of “Pizza Time” with an image of Deadpool 3.
The “Pizza Time” quote instantly made people think that Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man could appear in Deadpool 3 because of his infamous scene from the first Sam Raimi Spider-Man outing.
However, since Deadpool 3 is heavily devoted to the Fox Marvel characters, the actual implication might have been about the team of heroes involving Deadpool and Wolverine (recruited by the TVA) sharing pizza together at the end of the film. This may or may not include Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man.
Deadpool 3 is currently scheduled to arrive on May 3, 2024.
