With the first season leaving a big impact, the release date for Moving Season 2 is highly anticipated by the fans. In the South Korean series, children with extraordinary abilities and their parents face great dangers together as they start to get hunted down one by one. But will their stories continue in a second season?
Here’s all the Moving Season 2 release date information we know so far, and all the details on when it is coming out.
Is there a Moving Season 2 release date?
Moving Season 2 does not have an official release date yet, but it will likely be announced in the future.
At the moment of writing, Moving has not been officially renewed for a second season. But it was the most-watched Korean original on Disney+ globally and Hulu in the U.S. in its first 7 days. So, there is a big chance that we will be getting a second season. After all, the fans have loved it and the series even has a 97% Audience Score on Rotten Tomatoes.
Considering that it won’t be affected by the ongoing strikes in the US, Season 2 could arrive sooner. However, since it is an extensively VFX-based show, we shouldn’t expect it before late 2024 at the very least. Depending on when Season 2 gets renewed and begins filming, it might arrive in late 2024 or sometime in 2025, with 2025 being a likelier date.
These dates are an estimation based on the information we have so far. ComingSoon will provide an update to this story once we receive official details.
Based on the eponymous webtoon by Kang Full, Moving is directed by Park In-je. It stars Ryu Seung-ryong as Jang Ju-won, Han Hyoo-joo as Lee Mi-hyun, Kim Hee-won as Choi Il-hwan, Zo In-Sung as Kim Doo-Sik, Lee Jung-ha as Kim Bong-seok, Cha Tae-Hyun as Jeon Gye-do, Kim Do-hoon as Lee Gang-hoon, and Go Youn-Jung as Jang Hui-soo, Moon Sung-keun as Min Yong-jun.
Where is Moving Season 2 coming out?
Moving Season 2 is expected to come out on Hulu in the US and Disney Plus in the rest of the world, once it gets renewed.
The official synopsis for the series reads:
“Children who live in hiding with superpowers, along with their parents who live with painful secrets of the past, face enormous dangers together.”
