According to the reported spoilers from @JJK_Spoilers, Sukuna is struggling with Gojo’s punches. Mahoraga defends Sukuna, but Gojo eventually gets rid of Mahoraga. Gojo uses his Hollow Purple technique, although he blasts everything in his surroundings, including himself.
Gojo survives his powerful outburst and Sukuna loses a hand.
Kusakabe notes that Gojo channeled the Reverse Curse technique from the Black Flashes. He also says with Sukuna injured and Mahoraga gone, Sukuna is unable to use Domain Amplification.
The narration implies that Gojo is the winner of the battle.
