While Bones wrapped up more than six years ago, the mystery series is still very popular, and many fans wonder whether the show is leaving Hulu in September 2023. Is Bones leaving Hulu? If so, why? Here’s what we know about it.
Will Bones leave Hulu in September 2023?
Bones is not leaving Hulu in September 2023.
In the past hours, some fans noticed that the 12 seasons of Bones are indicated as expiring on September 10 among the Hulu content. Many X users expressed their surprise, with some of them complaining they would never finish all the 246 episodes in time.
While the fans’ surprise is justified due to that “expiring” label, Hulu hasn’t listed Bones as one of the shows leaving its catalog in September. Considering the series’ popularity, Hulu would likely let fans know the show created by Hart Hanson departs from its available content in due time. The expiring label might be just a glitch.
Will Bones leave Hulu in 2023?
Hulu hasn’t announced when Bones will leave its catalog.
Bones was produced by 20th Century Fox Television, which is now owned by The Walt Disney Company, the same conglomerate that also owns Hulu. Unless there is some special agreement to lend the series to some other streamer in the future, fans can stay assured they can find Bones on Hulu for now. Of course, things might always take a different route as the streaming landscape is ever-changing.
Bones aired from 2005 to 2017. It followed Dr. Temperance “Bones” Brennan (Emily Deschanel) and FBI Special Agent Seeley Booth (David Boreanaz) dealing with various murder cases, often involving intricate forensic analysis and complex mysteries. All 12 seasons of Bones are available on Hulu.
