It’s unlikely that there will be a Secret Invasion Clark Gregg cameo.
While Clark Gregg has reprised the role of Phil Coulson in spin-offs like What If…?, the actor has not mentioned any planned appearances for live-action cameos. While it’s certainly possible for his cameo to be saved until the big Secret Invasion cameo, I would urge fans not to get their hopes up.
