With the second movie out now on Netflix, many fans are wondering about the latest Bird Box 3 release date rumors and when the potential sequel could be coming out.

Bird Box 3’s release date could arrive by 2027.
It took five years for Bird Box Barcelona to release following the original Bird Box. Factoring in delays during the pandemic, I estimate a new Bird Box film to release in 2027. Of course, it could come out sooner if production is efficient, or later, following unforeseen delays or a larger-scale third installment.
At the time of writing, a Bird Box Barcelona sequel has not been officially confirmed. However, when speaking to Entertainment Weekly, producer Chris Morgan explained that it’s interesting to see how those in other countries respond to the threat. He mentioned “families in Europe, Asia, [and] Africa,” which could mean that there is the potential for more movies in those regions.
