After being stabbed by Gravik, Talos is left to die. While his fate might not be clear by the end of the fourth episode, in trailers we see G’iah mourning over a dead body. This scene is clearly set just after the battle where Talos gets stabbed, making it highly likely that he has died and G’iah is weeping over him.
Of course, death doesn’t have to be the end in Secret Invasion, as we’ve seen characters like G’iah recover from being mortally wounded. However, Talos is unlikely to have undergone any of the experiments that give Skrulls healing powers. It’s expected that his death is permanent.
