While Ryan Gosling would certainly suit the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which has hosted many A-list actors, the rumors about him starring in the upcoming film are pretty thin. We await either official confirmation or more credible leaks that show Gosling in the movie.

While it’s possible that Ryan Gosling could play the new Reed Richards a.k.a. Mister Fantastic, there has been no official confirmation.
It seems that every month there’s a new A-list name that has been chosen as the new “rumored Reed Richards actor.” Last time it was Adam Driver and now we’re back to Ryan Gosling. At the time of writing, however, there is nothing to say that Gosling will be the next Mister Fantastic.
For now, there’s nothing to say that Ryan Gosling will be playing Mister Fantastic. Even if the actor is involved in the movie, it’s not guaranteed that he will be taking the lead role. Other A-list actors have appeared in Marvel movies as part of a smaller role or cameo, so this is also a possibility.
