Season 4 features eight weekly episodes, with the series finale on May 28. Hader also portrays the titular antihero, a role that received much attention from critics. Overall, the series won nine Emmys out of 44 nominations for its first three seasons. While it will be a while before the next Emmy Awards, it’s hard to think the critics will ignore Barry season 4. Fans seem to be responsive to the show’s last season, too, as the season 4 double-episode premiere drew some big numbers, 710k and 550k viewers, respectively, the biggest since the season 2 finale.
