This year’s Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare marks the 11th game in the billion dollar franchise released in the United States and much of the world, but none of the previously-released titles have made their way to China. The country will be getting their very own version of the game next year titled Call of Duty Online. A new trailer for the game has debuted online (via Just Jared) featuring none other than Captain America himself, Chris Evans. Check it out below!
Call of Duty Online has been in development for a number of years and in an open beta in China since 2014. The game will be free-to-play for Chinese players but will feature micro-transactions allowing customization of avatars and weapons including elements and characters from “Modern Warfare,” “Ghosts” and “Advanced Warefare.”
The full version of the game will be released on January 11, 2015.
