IO Interactive’s revived stealth assassination franchise has seen a wave of praise since the 2016 installment and now they have revealed Agent 47 is set to return in Hitman III, which will mark the conclusion to the “World of Assassination” trilogy! The trailer can be viewed in the player below!

Following the cliffhanger ending of 2018’s Hitman II, the newest game will see the beloved bald-headed assassin continue his hunt around the globe to bring down the elusive Partners, a trio of families responsible for the organizations that turned him and fellow test subject Lucas Grey into the assassins they are. The new game will feature new exotic locations that are meticulously detailed and packed full of creative opportunities, with IOI’s award-winning Glacier technology powering its tactile and immersive game world to offer players unparalleled choice and replayability.
Hitman III will also feature the option for players to import all locations from its 2016 and 2018 predecessors and played within it at no additional cost for existing owners, as well as creating the opportunity for progression from Hitman II to be carried over into the new installment at launch! Though the new game promises another globe-trotting adventure, the only confirmed location comes in the form of Dubai, which was revealed in a dynamic gameplay cinematic video that can be viewed in the player below!
