The Texas Chain Saw Massacre Adds 2003 Leatherface Skin

The Texas Chain Saw Massacre video game is getting a familiar face in the form of new DLC, with Gun Interactive and Art Bully Studios announcing the Leatherface from the 2003 film will be added into the game.

How do you get the 2003 Leatherface skin in The Texas Chain Saw Massacre?

The new skin comes as DLC to the game, and will be available to Content Pass holders immediately on January 28, 2025, when the skin releases. For those who don’t have the Content Pass, the skin will be available to purchase as a standalone DLC for $6.99.

This version of Leatherface was featured in the 2003 film The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, which acted as a remake of the iconic 1974 film. The role in the film was played by Andrew Bryniarski. Check out an image of how the Leatherface looks in the game below:

“2003 Leatherface, whose look was crafted by special effects artist Scott Stoddard, has been combed over obsessively to ensure that this unique version of Leatherface is perfectly captured in game,” reads a description of the DLC. “Bigger in stature, donning leather bracers, and equipping a new chainsaw, 2003 Leatherface is as menacing, grimy, and gritty as ever. Special attention was paid to accurately deliver the look of this mask. Multiple layers of skin from Leatherface’s victims are overlaid one another with leather cord tying them together. Players can expect to unlock a new execution with 2003 Leatherface as well.”

The Texas Chain Saw Massacre is available now on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
