A new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed gameplay trailer is out, previewing Outright Games’ new game set in the same universe as 2023’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem.
What happens in the TMNT: Mutants Unleashed trailer?
The new trailer highlights mostly gameplay in the upcoming title, which is set to release on October 18, 2024, on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The gameplay stays true to the game’s 3D-meets-2D art style, and Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo take on enemies with their own unique styles.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed will also feature all-new original mutants, along with a new story, which focuses on the group of crime-fighting turtles trying to save New York City from an all-new mutant threat.
“In Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed, after finally being accepted into society and pursuing their dream of attending a regular high school, the Turtles’ newfound happiness is abruptly interrupted by a new wave of mutants causing unrest across New York City,” reads the game’s descriptions. “Players take control of the four masked heroes, each with their own unique playstyle, as they traverse the sewers and city streets of New York. With an immersive world to explore both above and below ground, meet familiar faces as the ragtag heroes in a half shell gear up to delight fans at home with their chaotic capers. Players can get ready to order a pizza and adventure solo or team up with a friend in two-player local co-op mode later this year.”
