Ahead of the game’s release date later this year, THQ Nordic announced that it would be hosting a special Epic Mickey: Rebrushed fan event at Disney’s D23 event.
What’s at the Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed fan event?
The Epic Mickey: Rebrushed fan event will include a standalone booth at the event where attendees can play a demo of the game and receive an exclusive set of highly limited pins. Alongside a demo, Epic Mickey: Rebrushed will also have its own panel on August 9, 2024, where creative director Warren Spector and “more special guests” will be on hand to discuss the upcoming game.
The Epic Mickey: Rebrushed release date has been set for September 24, 2024, when the game will release on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The remake to the original 2010 game is developed by Purple Lamp in collaboration with Disney Games.
Preorders for the game are available now, with those who pre-order will receive a costume pack for the game that includes Steam Boat Willie, Football, and Brave Little Tailor for free, along with exclusive 24-hour early access to the game.
