The new Wave 2 games coming to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate during the final weeks of July 2024 have been announced, and no surprises can be found. All the games are day-one releases that were already confirmed for the subscription service, including Capcom’s Japanese-inspired, single-player Kagura action strategy game Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess.
Here are the Xbox Game Pass July 2024 wave 2 games
Don’t be deceived by today’s day-one releases of Flock and Magical Delicacy; both of these games were included in the first wave of July games and aren’t included in today’s small list. Instead, the second wave of July Game Pass games begins in a couple of days on July 18 with two day-one releases.
In total, three games will be added to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate over the rest of this week. Unless Microsoft has any surprise releases up its sleeve after these three games, there will be no more additions to Game Pass until August. The full list of games arriving this week is:
- Dungeons of Hinterburg (Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Cloud) – July 18
- Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn (Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Cloud) – July 18
- Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess (Console, PC, and Cloud) – July 19
If none of these games appeal, a new EA Sports College Football 25 10-hour early access trial is available through EA Play. Those who purchase the game can use the new Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Perk, too; monthly Loyalist Ultimate Team Packs will be available, each including four Gold players.
Other brand-new Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Perks are available right now for a trio of other games:
- Stumble Guys: Cyborg Dance Bundle with a Cyborg Legendary Skin, Robot Victory Animation, 250 Gems, and 50 Stumble Tokens.
- The First Descendant: Launch Edition Bundle with a back attachment, two weapon skins, and cosmetic items to customize your Descendent’s appearance.
- EA Sports UFC 4: Premium Starter Pack with vanity items inspired by the legend of the Kumite.
Finally, three games will leave Xbox Game Pass on July 31. These are:
- A Short Hike (Console, PC, and Cloud)
- Train Sim World 4 (Console, PC, and Cloud)
- Venba (Console, PC, and Cloud)
