Resident Evil 3, Midnight Suns, and More Coming to PlayStation Plus

Sony recently revealed the March lineup for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium games. New arrivals include the Resident Evil 3 Remastered, Marvel’s Midnight Suns, NBA 2K24: Kobe Bryant Edition, and more. Meanwhile, PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers gets access to five classic games, including remasters for PS1 and PSP games.

13 games coming to PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium on March 19

All 13 games arrive on March 19th according to Sony’s official announcement. While NBA2K 24, the RE3 remake, and Midnight Suns are arguably the main draws, there are also several other games to check out. Marvel’s Midnight Suns isn’t the only superhero game, for example, with the PS4 game LEGO DC Supervillains also coming to the platform. Nor is basketball the only sport on offer, as PS+ subscribers can also check out Blood Bowl 3 for a more literal take on fantasy football.

PlayStation Plus new games March

Those looking for a more unique experience might want to check out Mystic Pillars: Remastered, a narrative-driven puzzle game set in ancient India. Meanwhile, anime fans can get the PS5 version of Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot on PlayStation Plus. The final PS+ Extra game is Super Neptunia RPG. A side-scrolling spinoff of the Hyperdimension Neptunia series, it takes players on a meta adventure through a 2D world.

PS+ Premium subscribers can also check out the enhanced version of Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier and Gods Eater Burst. Initially released for the PlayStation Portable, both games feature improved visuals and now boast rewind, quick save, and custom video filters. PlayStation Plus Subscribers can also play the PS1 snowboarding racer Cool Boarders and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy. The latter is a compilation of the first three Ace Attorney games, which first released on the Gameboy Advance. Anime fans may also appreciate the addition of JoJos Bizarre Adventure AllStar Battle R.

Speaking of anime, Sony also announced the addition of My Hero Academia Season 1 to PS+ Premium and Deluxe via Sony Pictures Core starting April 1st. The company is also expanding access to select Crunchyroll series to Mexico and select regions in Western, Central, and Southern Europe.
