A new WWE 2K24 trailer is out now, previewing the game’s Showcase of the Immortals game mode in which players can recreate some of the most iconic WrestleMania moments in history.
The fan-favorite game mode returns in the latest iteration of WWE 2K, and with it comes even more WrestleMania moments to play through. The new trailer features a ton of legendary superstars, including The Rock, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, Bray Wyatt, Bianca Belair, Bret “Hitman” Hart, and more.
In total, there are 21 different matches from past WrestleMania’s that span five decades of the iconic pay-per-view event when the game launches on March 8, 2024. You can check out the newest WWE 2K24 trailer below:
WWE 2K24 features include improved cameras, facial animations
Alongside the covers, 2K also shared some news about the features set to arrive in the game, namely a big update to the game’s 2K Showcase mode. This year, 2K will celebrate the 40th anniversary of WrestleMania in the Showcase mode, with new moments that allow fans to play through some of the most iconic WrestleMania moments in history.
2K24 will also feature four new match types added into the game. These include Ambulance matches, Special Guest Referee matches, and more. 2K also stated that over 200 superstars and legends will be in the game and touted that they have updated more than 90% of facial animations, among other big improvements to entrances and camera tweaks.
