In keeping with October’s spooky vibes, the latest teaser from Firaxis Games’ upcoming Marvel tactical game Midnight Suns highlights Nico Minoru. The short preview shows the witch in action, teasing what her abilities can do to large groups of enemies.

Due to her nature of being a witch, Minoru’s abilities stem from her magical powers, as well as “the Staff of One,” an object that helps harness her power and deliver it out in a multitude of ways. There wasn’t a ton of footage to go off of, however, so more details will have to wait until Firaxis Games releases the full gameplay breakdown for Nico, which is likely to come out sometime this week.
Perhaps one of the more obscure characters to appear in Midnight Suns, Nico Minoru first appeared in the 2003 comics Runaways. Since then, the character has continued to appear in various Marvel comics, including acting as one of the main characters in A-Force, an all-female Avengers spin-off.
