Electronic Arts only gave a vague 2023 release window for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor when it was revealed in May. But the official PlayStation database is reportedly pointing to a more specific time period: late February or early March.

PlayStation Game Size, a Twitter account that specializes in digging into the PlayStation Network backend, took note of the window right after finding its store page. They simply note that it is marked down for the aforementioned spring window without anything more specific.

PlayStation Game Size has been incredibly accurate in the past. It correctly gathered that the current-gen ports of the last three Resident Evil games were imminent. The account also noted of God of War Ragnarök‘s release window, which ended up being true, too. It found the correct date for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge over a week before its official announcement, a similar story that also applies to Stray, Annapurna Interactive’s recently released cat-focused platformer. Electronic Arts has not confirmed the window and games do slip, but this is likely a decent indicator of Jedi: Survivor‘s current trajectory.
Early reports of the game also pointed to a early 2023 release window. Giant Bomb’s Jeff Grubb said as much when he initially (and accurately) leaked the game earlier this year. Back in January, he said there was a chance it would release in 2022, but it was more likely to hit in early 2023. He then said it was “for sure” coming in 2023 a few months later when he accurately spoke of its status as a current-gen exclusive.
