Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection Launch Trailer Highlights Explosive Adventures

The Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection is just one week away for PlayStation 5 owners. And to celebrate, Sony released a launch trailer for the upcoming pair of remasters.

The trailer in question runs through both Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy and grabs highlights from each game. However, some of these scenes are from the very end of each title, so be aware of spoilers. Most of the trailer mainly includes explosive set pieces, including the scene from Sony’s 2015 E3 press conference. It didn’t contain any multiplayer action because Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection does not contain the multiplayer modes found in the PS4 originals.

Sony has still yet to confirm when the bundle will be coming to PC as it still has a vague “2022” release window. But the company did promise that plenty of updates would be coming soon.

Naughty Dog didn’t list any new specifications about the port. However, the studio did previously say that it will have three performance modes — Fidelity, Performance, and Performance+ — that run at 4K at 30 frames per second, 60 frames per second at an unspecified resolution, and 1080p at 120 frames per second, respectively. It will also have haptic feedback and adaptive trigger functionality, 3D audio support, faster load times, and a voucher code valid for one ticket for the Uncharted movie. Players who own either game on PS4 will be able to pay $10 to upgrade to the entire bundle, but those who got Uncharted 4 through PlayStation Plus will have to pay full price to get the PS5 remaster.
