Supergiant Games and Private Division are bringing Hades to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. Previously out on Nintendo Switch and PC, the critically acclaimed game will become available on these additional consoles on August 13, 2021.

The physical version of Hades includes several bonus items and is available to preorder at the Private Division store for $29.99. Extras include a booklet containing artwork from the game’s Art Director, Jen Zee, as well as a redeemable code for Hades’ soundtrack. The first-run prints will also include “an eye-catching metallic foil detailing across the cover art, perfect for individuals looking to add a standout piece to their shelf.”
Players can expect some solid enhancements on the current generation systems as both PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S will see a technical boost with the game running at 4K and targeting 60 fps. Meanwhile, the last-gen versions will see the game perform at 1080p at a target of 60 fps. The PS5 version will also feature custom DualSense support, so players will get enhanced controller vibration and lighting.
Both the physical and digital PS4 versions of Hades include a free upgrade to the digital PS5 version. Meanwhile, the Xbox versions of the game will use Smart Delivery, allowing players to access the appropriate version on the corresponding systems.

Hades will also be free as part of Xbox Game Pass on day one.
