UHF: 25th Anniversary Edition
Weird Al Yankovic's 1989 comedy cult classic gets an HD makeover thanks to a new feature-packed 25th anniversary edition from Shout! Factory. Also available today on DVD is The Compleat Al, a behind-the-scenes mockumentary look at one the world's Weirdest talents.

True Blood: The Complete Series
Collecting all 80 episodes, spread across seven seasons, this massive 33-disc box set is hitting just in time for the holidays and also includes digital copies of every episode. If you've been collecting season by season, however, Season Seven arrives today as a separate release.

Thundercats: The Complete Series
The complete 2011 animated "Thundercats" reboot comes to Blu-ray thanks to Warner Archive and a new set that includes all 26 episodes spread across two discs. The original "Thundercats" is still MIA in HD, but hopefully this release is popular enough that the classic series will be on the way before too long.

Tammy
Melissa McCarthy headlines this recent comedy, which also marks the directorial debut of her husband, Ben Falcone. McCarthy and Falcone also wrote the screenplay together, offering the adventures of the unemployed and unpredictable Tammy and her alcoholic grandmother (Susan Sarandon). The film arrives on Blu-ray with two different cuts, the theatrical and a new extended edition running four minutes longer.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars - The Lost Missions
Having made their premiere earlier this year on Netflix, "The Lost Missions" offers 13 final episodes of the popular Cartoon Network series as well as a 90-minute pre-viz look at a planned four-episode arc that never got to see completion. Sons of Anarchy: The Collector's Set

The Shooting / Ride in the Whirlwind
Two early entries in Cockfighter and Two-Lane Blacktop director Monte Hellman's oeuvre, The Shooting offers a surreal western with Jack Nicholson playing an early antagonistic role while the three-time Academy Award both stars in and writes Ride in the Whirlwind, released the same year. Both films join The Criterion Collection with new 4K digital restorations on both and a host of newly-created special features.

Let's Be Cops
Damon Wayans Jr. and Jake Johnson stars as a pair of hapless friends who find their lives vastly improved when they begin to pretend to be police officers. Nothing lasts forever, though, and it's not long before both guys find themselves caught up with some very unsavory criminals. Including nearly 20 minutes of deleted scenes, Lets Be Cops also offers two full-length commentaries and a series of featurettes.

Jersey Boys
Clint Eastwood directs this feature adaptation of the hit Broadway musical, which tells the true story of the rise of Franki Valli and the Four Seasons. The recent theatrical release is backed by a trio of featurettes.

James Cameron's Deepsea Challenge 3D
This 3D documentary follows James Cameron as he prepares for a dive to the deepest part of the ocean in a specially-designed submarine, the Deepsea Challenger. Capturing sights seen by very few human eyes, the science doc offers incredible footage from deep within the Mariana Trench.

The Avengers: Season Five
Not to be confused with the Marvel Comics title, "The Avengers" finally hits Blu-ray this week with a Series Five set collecting all 24 episodes. Starring Patrick Macnee as John Steed and Diana Rigg as Emma Peel, Series Five (Rigg's second season) is quite arguably the series' most popular and the first to air in color.
