The artist even released a statement that thanked the documentary’s producers and Amazon MGM Studios. He said, “Thank you to the incredible teams at OBB Pictures and Amazon MGM Studios for their support in sharing my story. I can’t wait for audiences to see this behind-the-scenes portrayal of my journey. Which perfectly encapsulates some of the most rewarding and challenging years of my life and career so far.”

The Kid Laroi’s career kicked off in 2016 after he grabbed the attention of industry executives. Due to their support, he could share the stage with the late Juice Wrld. According to Variety, The Kid Laroi considered the deceased rapper a close friend and mentor.

The Kid Laroi said that he was not proud of his debut mixtape

In a 2023 interview with Billboard, The Kid Laroi revealed that he was not proud of his debut mixtape titled F*ck Love. He said, “I kind of don’t like that project, man. To be honest, I don’t really agree with a lot of the stuff on there anymore. I mean, I don’t agree with the message of the album in general. ‘F–k Love,’ I think it was an immature statement to make. I think it was like a heat of the moment statement.”

The Kid Laroi was born on August 17, 2003, to Nick Howard and Sloane Howard in Waterloo, New South Wales, Australia.
