Paramount+ is going to release a new docuseries titled Willie Nelson & Family on December 21, 2023. This project will consist of four episodes and will showcase the life and career of legendary American country singer, guitarist, and songwriter, Willie Nelson.
Nelson became massively popular in the 1960s. Some of his most acclaimed albums are Shotgun Willie, Red Headed Stranger, Stardust, etc. Furthermore, he has acted in several movies, and written many books. He has also been very vocal about the legalization of marijuana.
According to a Paramount+ press release, the synopsis of Willie Nelson and Family reads,
“Exploring the extraordinary life of one of the world’s most talented music icons, WILLIE NELSON & FAMILY is the first and only authorized work about the groundbreaking, multi-hyphenate artist who is universally beloved by fans from all walks of life.
