Brianna Chickenfry says she lost nearly 20 pounds

Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia opened up about her weight loss transformation in a new TikTok video on her spam account. The 25-year-old recalled sharing in the podcast video how she lost over 15 pounds that she “didn’t have to lose in the relationship.” LaPaglia said, “I’m a very skinny person. I’ve always been, that’s like, that’s just my build,” but added that she is “healthily skinny.”

LaPaglia then revealed she has been down to 111 pounds for a while, which she thinks is “not cool.” The podcast host shared she’s 5’8″, which was her “high school weight.” LaPaglia noted she weighed 111 pounds when she was about 15 years old, while her “normal weight” was 130 pounds. She then continued to showcase a before photo from when she first started dating Zach Bryan. The internet personality then got up and showed the camera what she looked like now, further highlighting her legs.

Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia noted it was not because she “didn’t want to eat” but because she was “physically sick” from what she was going through “mentally.” She explained, “When you’re in a constant fight or flight, your body is so anxious, like, to the point where you throw up and you can’t eat, you can’t hold anything down.” LaPaglia recalled she always felt like she was going to “throw up,” adding she would eat only one meal a day.

The podcaster also shared she is still struggling with it. LaPaglia said, “I have this new anxiety that I never had in my life.” She asked her followers for suggestions on “how to gain weight through something like this” and “how to not feel sick from anxiety.” Later, LaPaglia shared she was living at her mom’s. However, she is preparing to return to New York and “jump back” into her life after “trying to take the time to process.”
