It will release its pilot episode on April 19, 2024, and continue its run from April 26, 2024. Keep Running is a spin-off of the popular South Korean variety show Running Man, which airs on SBS.

Only the names of the guests from the first two episodes have been revealed. Episode one will host Yang Tian Zhen and Liu Tao, while episode two will see Zheng Ye Cheng and Zhang Yi Fan as guests.
The original broadcasting network of Keep Running Season 12 is ZJTV. Like the previous seasons, Yao Yi Tian will return as the director of the show.
