The Dragon Ball Daima Crunchyroll release date has been announced for Toei Animation‘s newest Dragon Ball anime series. This comes in celebration of the 40th anniversary of Akira Toriyama’s beloved manga series.
“Due to a conspiracy, Goku and his friends are turned small. What sort of adventure awaits Goku, Supreme Kai, and the new characters Glorio and Panzy in this unknown world, the ‘Demon Realm’?” reads the anime’s official logline.
When is the Dragon Ball Daima Crunchyroll release date?
Dragon Ball Daima will be available to stream with subtitles starting on October 11 on Crunchyroll in the United States, Canada, Latine America, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India, and Southeast Asia. This will then be followed by new weekly subtitled episodes simulcast with the Japanese TV broadcast.
Based on the characters created by the late Akira Toriyama, the anime series is directed by Yoshitaka Yashima and Aya Komaki. The creative team also includes: Yuko Kakihara, who handles its series composition and scenario; and Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru, who handles the animation character design. Grtammy winner Zedd has also signed on to compose the show’s opening theme song “Jaka Jaan,” with singer-songwriting duo C&K providing vocals. Zedd is also producing the ending song “NAKAMA,” whose lyrics were written and sung by the artist AI.
