The latest episode starts by showing a glimpse into Byakuya’s life with her familiar and how submissive she is. Meanwhile, Mira struggles to think of a gift to give her. He is then summoned to the interrogation room and sees Byakuya chained up while his lackeys celebrate.
However, Mira slices up his subordinates, leaving only the two of them in the room. Byakuya tells him she needs to use the toilet, and he tries to devise a plan. However, Mira is confused when he discovers she has no will to escape. He manages to get them to turn off the cameras, and Byakuya asks him why he is helping her. He tells her he doesn’t like how she accepts her defeat so easily.
Byakuya faints and wakes up in her room to see Mira caring for her. The episode then shows a flashback to when Byakuya was a child and how she always struggled to speak her mind. Mira asks her if she wants him to leave, and for the first time, she speaks her mind and confidently asks him to stay. The episode ends with Mira smiling but reminding her they are still enemies.
