Blue Lock chapter 272 spoilers were leaked before the issue’s official release on Tuesday, August 6, 2024. After exploring Rin Itoshi’s childhood and explaining his ego type in the previous chapter, the upcoming chapter’s spoilers focus on the match-up between Rin, Kaiser, and Isagi.

According to the Blue Lock chapter 272 spoilers and leaks, the upcoming installment will be titled “Rock-Paper-Scissors.” The spoilers begin with Julian Loki explaining the psychology behind players’ tendency to open their mouths and stick out their tongues.

Loki explains that when some athletes enter a state of pure concentration it is possible that they unconsciously stick out their tongue.

However, Kaiser says he does not care since he is not Ness’ master anymore. After Charles Chevalier gets the ball, Shidou asks him for a pass. Kaiser says he understands Rin and Isagi’s situation. Moreover, he acknowledges Rin is Blue Lock’s No. 1, and Isagi is evolving to defeat him.

Despite Rin and Isagi’s match-up being the center of the game, Kaiser remains confident in his ability to steal the main character’s spot. Kaiser calls Charles a “side character demon” and asks him to stay away as he blocks Charles’ long pass to Shidou.

With this, Isagi says he gets the current state of the field, where Rin’s movement has improved, and only Isagi can keep up with him. However, with Kaiser’s involvement, the trio will continue crushing one another like rock-paper-scissors, creating an infinite cycle.

Rin believes that any of the three could score a goal after one mistake and a spark of inspiration. As such, the key to the goal is a fourth player who aims to be the main character, like the trio. The spoilers end with Rin thinking that this fourth player has to be someone who creates a fatal crack in the field or forces a new set of values.
