Failure Frame episode 5 recap
Episode 5 of Failure Frame continues to show Mimori discovering Mist is Seras Ashrain. However, he pretends not to see or know anything until she decides to tell him. They make their way down the dungeon and find the Skeleton King. While Seras warns Mimori about the monster’s dangers, he kills it in one go. They make their way to the surface, and she goes to get her reward.
Mimori asks her to meet him later to discuss some things. After successfully creating the strengthening agent, he decides to take it. However, he is interrupted by Seras, who enters the room. Mimori asks her to escort him to the Demon Lands, but she hesitates. He then reveals he knows her identity and promises not to reveal it. Mimori then pays her for the drip with the dragon stones and reveals his real name to her.
The next day, Seras goes to collect her reward, and she and Mimori agree to meet up later. Meanwhile, Visces asks Sugou to join Kirihara’s group, but she refuses, saying they wouldn’t get along. Visces then has her train the students who did not pass the trial, and she reluctantly agrees. Mimori hears that Seras’ identity is revealed, and she has run into the forest.
Meanwhile, Seras battles Gizun, the second in command of the Black Knights. She struggles to deal with him since her spirit regalia isn’t working. However, Mimori arrives just in time to save her. The episode ends with Mimori paying her with the dragon stones and asking her to undress.
