The Strongest Magician in Demon Lord’s Army Was a Human episode 6, “Dwarf King,” shows Ike discussing the Ivalias’ favorable conditions to execute the Norfolk system. This way, the townsfolk can produce multiple crops without waiting, hence neither humans nor demons will ever starve.
Ike reckons the Alliance of Kings will wage a war against Ivalias to take Arsenam. Hence, he plans to mass-produce firearms to defeat them. However, to do so, Ike must approach the Dwarf King since dwarves are skilled at metalwork.
