The latest episode starts with Kai obtaining Sid’s sword and meeting Rinne, who asks him to free her, and he reluctantly agrees. However, she later attacks him, believing he is a demon sent by Vanessa. He defeats her and clears up the misunderstanding. Kai then realizes she also remembers the world where humans won the war.
However, their conversation is cut short by a monster that immediately attacks Rinne. Kai defeats it with Sid’s Sword Code Holder, which transports them back to the entrance. He then tries to convince her to return, and they continue chatting about the other world, but the city is under attack by monsters, which forces them to take action. They are then summoned to the headquarters to meet Jeanne.
Kai tells them about the world he is from. However, nobody takes his words seriously. Jeanne decides to hear him out after she hears about their connection and relationship in the other world.
