The Magical Girl and The Evil Lieutenant Used to Be Archenemies episode 2 recap
The episode starts with Mira trying to gather information about the magical girl when he notices her pictures. However, he is interrupted by one of his subordinates, who enters to give him tea. The next day, he meets her and gets her a cake. He asks why she isn’t transformed since they are mortal enemies.
She then transforms in his presence, flustering the lieutenant even more. He asks her how many jobs she currently does and is stunned by the number. She notices a tear in his clothes and offers to patch it for him. Despite his initial reluctance, he finally gives up and accepts her help.
Back at his base, his subordinates are surprised to see the flower patch on his jacket. The following day, he attacks the city with slimes, causing massive panic. He watches as the slime captures the magical girl and devours her clothes. However, Mira arrives just in time to destroy it. He ends up walking her back home and learning her real name. The episode ends with her familiar questioning her as she arrives.
