Quality Assurance in Another World episode 2 recap
The episode starts with Haga still in shock about the Nikola incident. He tries to report her as a bug but decides to hold off. After Nikola wakes up, which startles Haga, she helps him pack up for their journey. Haga tries to derail her from going by asking about the villagers’ concern for her leaving. However, she tells him how she has always wanted to travel.
They finally arrive in Adan, and Haga weirdly inspects the wall. Nikola decides to help him, and they finish the inspection by night. However, Sakai and Sumida, who are also debuggers, approach them and stab Haga. Haga is able to escape with Nikola, but they tail them easily. They try to recruit Haga, but he declines because he is disappointed in their apathy towards their jobs.
After he rejects their offer, Sumida fiercely attacks Haga and Nikola. However, Haga is able to outsmart him and snatch his debugger stone, sending him plummeting down a hole. Meanwhile, Sakai retreats out of fear, and the episode ends with Haga planning to meet his friends.
